Air dust mass meter PM10 and PM2.5 in the air with electrostatic techniques

Air dust mass meter PM10 and PM2.5 in the air with electrostatic techniques has developed by the prototype meter using the principle of electrostatic current of particles through High Efficiency Particulate-Free Air Filter or HEPA. This can quickly detect and collect samples of dust in the air both dust particles which are smaller than 10 micrometer (PM10) and micrometer (PM2.5). The process is as fast as 0.1 second and the samples can be used for chemical composition and toxic analysis. It can report real-time results in mass unit per air volume (µg/m3) of the measuring range between 0 and 1,000 µg/m3. The prototype can be equivalent work to the current tools such as ParticleScan, Thermo Scientific TEOM Series 1400ab, Thermo Scientific Model 5014i Beta, Thermo Scientific Model FH62C14 Beta Gauge. Therefore, the prototype enables to study the behavior of dust movement in the air. There is connection between the data of wireless measurement via 3G mobile phone network and can display the measurement, data record and quantitative display in graph and table shown as hourly and 24 hours on the web browser http://www.ruee-aqm.com/weather.php

The utilization of air dust mass meter PM10 and PM2.5 in the air with electrostatic techniques

The prototype has level of readiness or efficiency of technology in development for actual use in full operation or commercialization by registering the patent on “Machine for measuring and collecting number in concentration samples and mass of particle matter smaller than 2.5 micrometers”. The patent application number is 1001000983 dated on 1 July 2010 (see attached), and the technology has been passed through Fabix International Company Limited and PICO INNOVATION Company Limited in the authorization to apply the findings of the research for commercial production. In present, the prototype has been installed and used by expansion in government sector, college, university, power plant, and community at the total of 16 sites composing of the stations as follows:
