Mechanical Engineering Department has been providing workshop to give the knowledge about home solar power maintenance.

Mechanical Engineering Department, The Faculty of Engineering, RMUTL has been providing the foundational workshop about machanical maintenance, measure and home solar power maintenance to the youth of Ban Wa Do Kro, Mae Song Sub-District, Tha Songyang District, Tak Province. Aiming at increasing the working skills of the highland youth to apply in their future job. The workshop has been taking place during 31^st July-6^th August, 2016 at Mechanical Engineering Department, RMUTL.

Ban Wa Do Kro community is located in highland that difficult to transport. They use the motorcycle in transportation and power plant can’t reach to the villagers. Now, they use home solar power, but they don’t know how to maintenance. Aj.Sritorn Opkum along with 7 Mechanical Engineering teachers have been creating this workshop by receiving the scholarship from highland youth leadership development project 2016 of Highland Research and Development Institute (Public Organization).
