Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna students won gold medals and able to get through ASEAN labor skills competition by the end of 2016

Rajamangala students won two gold medals from 26th National Skill Competition at Bangkok International Trade Exhibition and Convention Center‚ BITEC Bangna‚ Bangkok‚ 2-3 February 2016. This was the 3rd championship in robotic. Moreover‚ they also won two silver medals and two honorable award‚ grab a ticket to attend the ASEAN Labor Skills Competition to later this year. Electrical engineering students‚ Faculty of Engineering‚ RMUTL participated in Mecatronic‚ Mobile robotic‚ and industry automation system at 26th National Skill Competition. In Mechatronic won the 3rd championship‚ Mobile robotic won the 2nd championship and it was the first time for industry automation system to earn honorable award. In addition‚ they will represent as Thai student to participate in 11th ASEAN Labor Skills Competition at Malaysia in September this year. Mechatronic‚ Mr. Jakapath ReamJak‚ Mr. Worarit Somboonchai  2nd year students of high vocational Certificate majoring in Electrical Engineering. Mr Wanchalerm Loonsakor‚ Mr. Thawatchai Surinkeaw 3rd year’s students of Electrical engineering department won gold medal. Mobile robotic‚ Mr. Thada Auntakad and Mr. Komsan Thongboon 1st and 2nd year students of high vocational Certificate majoring in Electrical Engineering won gold medal. Mr. Jirayut Maijantee and Mr. Jedsadapol Seansri 1st year students of high vocational Certificate majoring in Electrical Engineering won silver medal. Industry automation system‚ Mr. Pongpisut Kamjina 2nd year students of high vocational Certificate majoring in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Panipan Deemai 1st year’s students of Electrical engineering department. Ajarn Tharayut Kittiwararat as a trainner said “We had an experience in this competition before. Moreover‚ experienced student also coperated by gave a suggession to junior students. We were very successful because we earn prizes in all 3 areas. Especially‚ to earn 3rd championship in Mechatronic‚ 2nd championship in Mobile robotic and the hornorable award for industry automation system which was the first time. However‚ all student would be trained to be ready for the next coming compettion in September. Finally‚ our aim was to win wold skill championship” 26th National Skill Competition was organized by Department of Skill Development‚ Ministry of Labor. This competion allowed students to demonstrate their capacity and ability in order to identify representitive students to participate in ASEAN and world class competition. There were 26 competition areas all together such as Mecatronic (Team)‚ Computer Aided Design and Drafting‚ Machiniery CNC (lathe)‚ Machinery‚ CNC (milling)‚ Welding Technology‚ Electronics‚ Spatial Science (team)‚ Industrial automation system (team)‚ Mobile robot (team)‚ Information Technology‚ Web Design‚ Flowers arrangement‚ Fashion Technology‚ Graphic Design‚ Tiles‚ Electrical Building Technology‚ Brick Store‚ Wooden and capenter‚ Cooling Technology‚ Automotive Technology‚ Automotive Paint‚ Hair design‚ Beauty and makeover‚ Cooking‚ Food and beverage services‚ and pipes and fixtures. Competition was on 3rd Febuary 2016 and oppenning by Field Marshal‚ Charone Nopsuwan‚ deputy of labor ministry at building 107 Bangkok International Trade Exhibition and Convention Center‚ BITEC Bangna‚ Bangkok with hornerable guests. Furthermore‚on 12th Febuary‚ Assoc. Prof. Ph.D. Numyoot Songthanapitak‚ Pressident of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna had congratuated and inspired to  all students at Office of the President‚ RMUTL.
