Training activity making cookie and cracker from gymnema sylvestre

On June 20, 2017 Asst. Dr. Aroon Sotikul Director Research Institute and Development of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna along with Dr.Phatharaporn Srisamattharakarn, Dr.Suphawadee Cham, Dr.Payungsak Manochai, Asst.Parinyawadee Srikonthip Mrs.Pharichat Na-Nan with the staffs of RID team’s RMUTL. They organize training activity in food product processing from gynema sylvestre at Food Technology Laboratory building of Agricultural Technology Research Institute, RMUTL the propose of this activity for increase the value of gymnema sylvestre and promote second career to the farmers group and a member of the Mae Khai Science village, Hug Nam Jang group at Mae-ta, Lampang. The event organized under the project “Community Participation in Improving Quality of Life” of RMUTL.
