Vocational management in the form of vocational field by apply with integration science and technology. It is considered an important agenda for Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna. The important issue is the graduates which we have already produced for the labor market and can respond to the need of the country.  In the forms of working, hiring or career comprise of innovative Technological content advances research the entrepreneur or graduate user will be a clear reflection, leading to the development of the quality for the graduates.

 Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna has intention to develop the ability of graduates. In the past, we produce graduates with sufficient to requirement quantity of the domestic labor market, however in globalization, change, on the other hand, world or that we know “The world of digital rise” combined with the changing of consumer behavior. Those are the reflections back to the university that we need to produce graduates with quality and social responsiveness. The university has to look back at whether the productivity of the work is for the benefit of the people in the community.

          We try to produce graduates after graduation then we has a good job. Thus we tried to find an activity support during studying which the result is can answer that students who graduated must have concretely work and while students are studying, we have to open the door wider in order to reach the business sector and bring the academic ideas forward to our employers or graduates. It leads to the cooperation to work together for doing. The integration between schools and workplaces. It will be to encourage the graduates to have concrete skills. Not just classroom experiments, but it can also work. Now that policy has passed to practice sector and workplace.

          Now, we have partly processed. The university allocates a part of time to provide opportunities for the children to learn in the factory. Not only experiment did just on campus. But also act on the tools and the real situation. The cooperation pattern of each workplace may vary depending on the suitability. Destination of the University success must continue to operate. To achieve the intended policy. The example we will show is concrete. Educational management called Work-Intergraded Learning: WIL or simply called the school in Factory. Which we move the teaching method to go to an actual factory. In addition to the children will gain knowledge, then still have the skills to work more. In some branches have received cooperation from government agencies that came together. Children have a good working attitude and coupled with learning along the way and cooperation with current workplace such as BDI Group, Siam Michelin Group, CP all Group and Central Group.

Besides, we have people who work as well. Also, people who understand the organization. It is believed that. The quality of students in this form of destination, the business sector will be qualified staff as well.

          Many workplaces have expanded their production bases internationally. This means increasing the chances of a worker who has worked internationally. The university doesn’t stop in the country. But we need to reinforce our graduates to learn about international cultures, such as the language they need to work. Eating to show that Thai people can work abroad. If they have receive the correct advised.
