Opening Ceremony of the STEM and Cultural Camp International Workshop

On September 16, 2024, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, by Office of International Relations , held the opening ceremony of the STEM and Cultural Camp International Workshop in collaboration with Guizhou Light Industry Technical College (GLITC) from the People's Republic of China. The event took place in the Kasalong Conference Room on the 2nd floor of the President’s Office Building at RMUTL. The ceremony was presided over by Assistant Professor Phisit Wimonthanasit, Vice President for Planning, Policy, and Strategy, who delivered the opening speech and welcomed the delegation of exchange students and lecturers. The event was also attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Siraprapa Chainetr, Assistant to the President, and Assistant Professor Thitibhorn Phanthachang, Assistant to the President, along with the staff from Office of International Relations.

The program is being held from September 15 to 28, 2024, with the aim of promoting student exchange between Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna and GLITC, providing knowledge in STEM education, developing design thinking skills, and enhancing 21st-century skills. It also aims to impart knowledge about the Thai language and culture. A total of 26 students and faculty members from GLITC are participating in the program.
